On the occasion of World Car Free Day, the Volunteer Organization Svilajnac – VOS, in cooperation with the Cherokee Cycling Club and our team, organized a bike ride through the streets of Svilajnac.

This action, held annually from 2014 to 2017, gathered approximately 500 recreational cyclists who completed a 5.5 km long route. Beyond the ride itself, the initiative aimed to promote healthy lifestyles, environmental preservation, and the reduction of pollution caused by excessive car usage. Our team actively participated in the organization and promotion of the event, alongside other partners.

Through this project, Svilajnac demonstrated how a community can actively contribute to raising awareness about the importance of eco-friendly transportation and environmental protection. We extend our gratitude to all participants who contributed to the success of this event year after year!
