Tribune: Security on the Internet (2015)

In 2015, the town of Svilajnac, Serbia, hosted a conference titled “Tribune: Security on the Internet,” which we organized together with local authorities and cybersecurity experts.

The event brought together experts, local officials, and citizens to discuss the growing digital threats of the time. It featured keynote speeches, workshops, and live demonstrations on topics such as malware, phishing, and social engineering. Experts emphasized the increasing risks of cyberattacks, pointing out that human error is often the weakest link in cybersecurity. Discussions also covered the geopolitical implications of cyber warfare and the importance of national and corporate preparedness.

The conference concluded with a call to action, urging local governments and businesses to invest in cybersecurity education and infrastructure to better protect citizens in an increasingly connected world.
